How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Start your claim by calling the claims depertment at (800)-264-5090 or fill in the online form begin the process.
‍Claims Description – ASC Warranty will guide you to an authorized repair facility and handle the claim approval. Once you have contacted ASC they will ask for a diagnosis and estimate of repairs for the vehicle.
Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. After they have received the invoice from your repair shop they will issue payment by either credit card or check depending on your preference.
Pick up your repaired car - Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

ASC Warranty provides coverage for vehicles of up to 8 years of age and up to 120,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*

Pre-Exisiting Conditions
