How to file a Claim

Choose Your Repair Shop- Take your vehicle to the selling dealer (if within 40 miles) or a licensed repair shop of your choice. Find mechanic
‍Get Authorization – The repair shop contacts AGWS for authorization before starting repairs.
Final Payment – Pay $100 deductible to shop. Submit itemized bill within 30 days for reimbursement of remaining costs.

AGWS provides coverage for vehicles of up to 20 years of age and up to 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.
