Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service on (888) 740-6170.
‍Claims Description – Customers can choose any ASE-licensed repair facility; Veritas warranty does not restrict repairs to a specific network.
‍Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. Veritas warranty pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible and non-covered items.‍
Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.
