Claims

How to file a Claim

Initial Call – Start your claim by calling Smart AutoCare customer service at (800)-321-9884 or fill in the form and provide your information. Then have your ASE-licensed repair facility contact Smart AutoCare with the repair details.
‍Claims Description – The Claims Department will review the diagnosis from your repair facility and issue a decision, usually within a few hours. Updates are communicated directly to the repair facility.
‍Cost Allocation – Once approved, repairs only begin after authorization. Payment is made directly to the repair facility by credit card (usually within 2 hours) or by mailed check. Customers are only responsible for deductibles and non-covered items. ‍
Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Smart AutoCare provides coverage for vehicles of up to 10 years of age and 150,000 miles on the odometer.
