How to file a Claim

Initial Call – Start your claim by calling Safe-Guard at (800)-742-7896, or begin online by completing their form.
‍Claims Description – Safe-Guard will locate your contract and guide you through the next steps, which may include document submission or form completion.
‍Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. Once approved, the repair facility handles the work and submits your invoice. Safe-Guard will process and allocate payment per the contract terms.‍
Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Roadside Assistance

24-hour roadside assistance — with emergency roadside benefits for the full term of your Agreement. All roadside benefits are available, up to $100 per occurrence.

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Safe-Guard covers vehicles of up to five (5) years of age or 75,000 miles on the odometer.
