Claims
How to file a Claim
- Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service on (800)-773-9980 or visit RepairPal to book an appointment.
- Claims Description – Customers can choose any ASE-licensed repair facility; olive® does not restrict repairs to a specific network.
- Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. olive® pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible and noncovered items.
- Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.
Cancel or Transfer a Plan
Cancelations
You can cancel your plan at any time. Refund policies may vary; specific terms are outlined in individual contracts.
Transfer a Plan
Service contracts are fully transferable to new owners, enhancing vehicle resale value.

Are there waiting periods before coverage starts?
There is no waiting period.
Can I take my car to any repair shop?
Yes, as long as they are ASE-certified.
Do I have to pay any costs upfront?
No, olive® pays the dealer or shop directly. Only thing you are responsible for is your deductible.
Are there mileage or age limits?
Yes, you can start coverage with up to 140,000 miles on your vehicle. There are no yearly mileage limits but olive® covers you up to 185,000 miles.
