How to file a Claim

Repair Facility- Start your claim by calling customer service on (800)-482-7357 or visit GWC Service Map to find a repair facility near you.
‍Claims Description – Have the repair facility contact GWC and provide them with an estimate of the repair costs.
‍Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. GWC warranty pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible and non-covered items.‍
Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Mileage & Vehicle Age

GWC covers vehicles up to 20 years of age and 200,000 miles on the odometer.
