How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service at (877)-232-8809, to begin the process.
‍Claims Description – B4L will guide you to an authorized repair facility and handle the claim approval.
Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. B4L pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible.
Pick up your repaired car - Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Mileage & Vehicle Age

B4L provides coverage for Hybrids and Electric Vehicles up to 7 years old and up to 100,000 miles on the odometer.

The limit of liability describes the maximum payouts you can expect on a per case, lifetime of the contract or per category.

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.

Cancel or Transfer a Plan

Cancelations

Pro-Rated refunds are calculated over a 60 month period and based on time and mileage not used, as well as the State specific cancellation fee.

Transfer a Plan

The Battery4Life warranty is non-transferable. Coverage is valid only for the original owner and the specific vehicle for which the warranty was purchased.

No, B4L pays the dealer or shop directly. Only thing you are responsible for is your deductible which is $250 for Hybrid and EV Batteries and $50 for a Starter Battery.
