How to file a Claim

  1. Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service on (800)-662-5519 or visit RepairPal to book an appointment.
  2. ‍Claims Description – Customers can choose any ASE-licensed repair facility; Alpha Warranty does not restrict repairs to a specific network.
  3. ‍Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. Alpha Warranty pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible and noncovered items. You can track the status in real time with their Claim Tracker.‍
  4. Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Roadside Assistance

Included with most plans, Alpha Warranty offers 24/7 roadside assistance, the number can be located in the top right corner on page one of the service contract.

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Coverage up to 175,000 miles.

The limit of liability describes the maximum payouts you can expect on a per case, lifetime of the contract or per category.
