How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service on (888) 740-6170.
‍Claims Description – Customers can choose any ASE-licensed repair facility; Veritas warranty does not restrict repairs to a specific network.
‍Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. Veritas warranty pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible and non-covered items.‍
Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Certain plans have 1- to 10-year terms and, for certain newer vehicles, unlimited mileage options.

Limit of Liability

Veritas Global Protection Programs have limits of liability of $12,500, or $7,500 (dependent on the plan) or actual cash value, whichever is greater.*

Branded Titles and Salvage Titles
