Claims

How to file a Claim

  1. Initial Call – Start your claim by calling Smart AutoCare customer service at (800)-321-9884 or fill in the form and provide your information. Then have your ASE-licensed repair facility contact Smart AutoCare with the repair details.
  2. Claims Description – The Claims Department will review the diagnosis from your repair facility and issue a decision, usually within a few hours. Updates are communicated directly to the repair facility.
  3. Cost Allocation – Once approved, repairs only begin after authorization. Payment is made directly to the repair facility by credit card (usually within 2 hours) or by mailed check. Customers are only responsible for deductibles and non-covered items.
  4. Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Smart AutoCare provides coverage for vehicles of up to 10 years of age and 150,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability
