How to file a Claim

Choose Your Repair Shop- Take your vehicle to a licensed repair shop of your choice. Find mechanic
‍Get Authorization – The repair shop contacts Service Contract for authorization before starting repairs.
Final Payment – Pay $100 deductible to shop. Service Contract pays remaining authorized repairs directly.

Call (855)-411-6648 for help finding Roadside Assistance or contact a Roadside Assistance company yourself.

You pay upfront and ServiceContract.com will reimburse you.

Coverage Limits

Limit of Liability

The limit of liability describes the maximum payouts you can expect on a per case, lifetime of the contract or per category.

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.

A full refund is provided if the contract is cancelled within 30 days.
