How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Call ProGuard on (877)-474-9462 and have them guide you to a ProGuard Select Repair Facility.
‍Claims Description – After diagnosis, instruct the repair facility to contact ProGuard to open a claim
‍Cost Allocation – ProGuard adjusters review the claim and contact the repair facility with a claim authorization number. Do not authorize any work until this number is received. Once authorized, ProGuard pays the repair facility directly. You'll be responsible only for your deductible, sales tax, and any non-covered items.‍
Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Mileage & Vehicle Age

ProGuard provides coverage for vehicles of up to 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Branded Titles and Salvage Titles

Coverage for salvage or rebuilt titles is not available.

Cancelations & Transfer a Plan

Cancelations

You can cancel your plan at any time. Refunds are prorated based on time elapsed and mileage used.
