Onust is a vehicle breakdown coverage and extended auto warranty company. It offers one plan, with costs starting at $44 per month. The plan includes 24/7 vehicle roadside assistance and towing, connection to ASE-certified mechanics and vehicle safety and recall notifications.

The Onust Connect Plus plan adds on mechanical breakdown coverage with a $0 deductible. Coverage kicks in immediately. An activation fee (starting at $25) is required with this plan. Most vehicles are eligible for coverage as long they have 125,000 miles or fewer and are not older than 11 model years. European, diesel and electric vehicles qualify with 65,000 miles or less. Once a person registers their vehicle for Onust Connect Plus before these mileage requirements, they can drive their vehicle with no mileage terms and will be covered for the lifetime of their vehicle.

How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service at (833) 668-7848 (option 2)to begin the process.
‍Claims Description – Take your vehicle to any ASE-Certified repair shop.
Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization.
Pick up your repaired car - Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Onust provides coverage for vehicles of up to 11 model years of age and up to 125,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.

Cancelations & Transfer a Plan
