How to file a Claim

Choose Your Repair Shop - Take your vehicle to a licensed repair shop of your choice. Find mechanic
‍Get Authorization – The repair shop contacts NAAC for authorization before starting repairs.
Final Payment – Pay $100 deductible to shop. NAAC pays remaining authorized repairs directly.

NAAC provides coverage for vehicles of up to 20 years of age and up to 250,000 miles on the odometer.

The limit of liability describes the maximum payouts you can expect on a per case, lifetime of the contract or per category.

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.
