Claims

How to file a Claim

Initial Call - Start your claim by calling customer service at (877)-484-6222, go to the website or download the app to begin the process.
‍Claims Description – NAAC will guide you to an authorized repair facility and handle the claim approval - view repair facility network.
Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. NAAC pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible.
Pick up your repaired car - Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

NAAC provides coverage for vehicles of up to 20 years of age and up to 250,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.
