How to file a Claim

‍Repair Facility – Take your vehicle to any ASE-licensed repair facility; Mercury warranty does not restrict repairs to a specific network.
Initial Call - Have the repair facility phone Mercury on (800)-654-8455.
‍Cost Allocation – Repairs only begin after authorization. Mercury warranty pays the repair shop directly, you are only responsible for your deductible and non-covered items.‍
Pick up your repaired car – Once the work is done, collect your car and get back on the road.

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Mercury provides coverage for vehicles of up to 10 years of age and up to 150,000 miles on the odometer.

Contracts can be canceled for a prorated refund, minus any claims paid.
