Mileage & Vehicle Age

Express Service Protection provides coverage for vehicles of up to 20 years of age and up to 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.

Cancelations

You will receive a full refund of the contract purchase price if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing the contract and no claims have been filed. If you cancel after 30 days of purchasing the contract you will receive a refund less any claims made there is also a standard cancellation fee of $75 or $100 if you also have pre-paid maintenance.

Transfer a Plan

Yes, with a small fee which is generally $50 but may differ depending on the state. Express Service Protection must be notified of the transfer within 15 days from the date of sale to the new owner. Transfer acceptance must be confirmed by Express Service Protection before the new owner is effectivley covered.
