Claims

How to file a Claim

Visit a repair shop – Take your vehicle to a certified shop of your choice
Initial Call – Present your contract and have the repair facility call service manager at Endurance on (800)-598-0082
Authorization and Repair – Endurance will work directly with the shop to approve and pay for covered repairs
Deductible only – You only pay the deductible (if applicable)

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Endurance offers coverage for vehicles up to 20 years old, with some plans available for high-mileage vehicles. Coverage eligibility depends on the plan selected.

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.

Cancelations & Transfer a Plan

Cancelations

You can cancel your plan at any time. If canceled within 30 days, you'll receive a full refund. After 30 days, refunds depend on your payment plan terms.
