Claims

How to file a Claim

Visit a repair shop – Take your vehicle to an ASE-certified repair shop of your choice
Initial Call – Give the repair facility your service agreement so that they can contact the Claims Department at American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. at (800)-579-2233
Authorization and Repair – AGWS will work directly with the shop to approve and pay for covered repairs
Deductible only – You only pay the deductible

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

AGWS provides coverage for vehicles of up to 20 years of age and up to 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability

Coverage is generally limited to the lesser of (i) the vehicle's actual cash value immediately before the covered loss, or (ii) the maximum aggregate limit that goes alongside the coverage you selected.*

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.
