How to file a Claim

Choose Your Repair Shop- Take your vehicle to a licensed repair shop of your choice. Find mechanic
‍Get Authorization – The repair shop contacts ESP for authorization before starting repairs.
Final Payment – Pay $100 deductible to shop. ESP pays remaining authorized repairs directly.

Coverage Limits

Mileage & Vehicle Age

Express Service Protection provides coverage for vehicles of up to 20 years of age and up to 200,000 miles on the odometer.

Limit of Liability

The limit of liability describes the maximum payouts you can expect on a per case, lifetime of the contract or per category.

Pre-Exisiting Conditions

Similar to insurance, vehicle service contracts only cover future mechanical issues — not pre-existing conditions. Securing coverage before problems arise ensures you're protected when it matters most.

Cancel or Transfer a Plan

Cancelations

You will receive a full refund of the contract purchase price if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing the contract and no claims have been filed. If you cancel after 30 days of purchasing the contract you will receive a refund less any claims made there is also a standard cancellation fee of $75 or $100 if you also have pre-paid maintenance.

Transfer a Plan
